Lawrence Kopp Entrepreneur Profile
Lawrence Kopp is the current president of The TASC Group, as well as a former actor and political activist. Kopp began his acting career at age 20, while attending the prestigious Tisch School of Arts at New York University. Throughout his acting career, he appeared in multiple movies and television shows, including Dumb and Dumber and Law and Order.
His political career included running a Eliot Spitzer’s campaign for New York State Attorney General and Michael Nelson’s campaign for New York City Council. Additionally, he worked and volunteer for four presidential campaigns: Clinton in ’92 and ’96, Kerry in ’96 and Obama in ’08.
In 2005, Kopp founded The TASC Group to work with dynamic and inspiring leaders and organizations in political advocacy, non-profit, and business worlds, working on and managing many high-profile public relation campaigns across the country.
